The guest house! What an adventure! I loved my first stay here. The family was wonderful, and I felt at home from the start. Note that the guest house is still under renovation, so expect some disorder and dust. It might not be ideal if you prefer a spotless environment. The work was easy, and the family is super flexible! The highlight of this experience was the great connection I had with everyone, including the other volunteers. Their warm welcome and generosity made me feel like I was a part of the family! Kiss everyone 😘!!!

A huge thank you to everyone at the guest house! Annie and Peter are lovely and make you feel so welcome. Also a big shoutout to their sons Gus and Theo who were awesome to work with as well! This has been an experience I'll never forget. The community and the people at this place is like no other. Schedule is very flexible, there are no set days of work. You will really connect with nature here. I will miss going for swims at the lake. I handled mainly landscaping duties which was totally fair work. I'll miss everyone and am happy I got to meet so many cool people. And Juno too!

Thanks Charlie we enjoyed having you here too. I'm really sorry I didn't write a review, but I missed the deadline. But if you put me in touch with your next hosts I'll give you a great recommendation!

My experience at the guest house was incredible!! If you want to immerse yourself in Irish tradition, this is definitely the right volunteering option. Lots of dancing, music, loved ones and a lot of LIFE! I'm going to miss the dances on Fridays, Annie, Pete, Guz, Freddie, Teo, Juno and the whole family. Thank you, you will forever be in our hearts.

The guest house is for sure the most irish experience that you will have! with a lot of dance, music everyday, friendly and lovely people, a bunch of lake spots to swim and a really really warm and sunny weather (only the last part isn't totally true, but it's ireland). annie and pete are really lovely hosts, actually much more than that! i felt at home and between my own family. guest and any other person that you will find at the guest house will for sure be the same, met a lot of amazing people over there, it was hard to leave.

Hello everyone I thought a lot about how to start talking about Greagh house but the truth is that you need to go there and see it with your own eyes, dance with your own feet and hear it with your own ears. Perfect place to have a valuable cultural immersion, find a community to be part of and make friends. The house is big and needs a lot of care, Anne is not usually strict with the tasks, but if you are going there I ask that you look at the place with care and help keep things in order. I thank Anne, Pette and the whole family for making us feel at home 🧡
