The Experience

Hi! The biggest hostel in Belarus is looking for active and sociable volunteer to share our routine and have fun! All we need is some help to our maids (cleaning kitchen, making beds and helping with guest assistance) during working hours (approx. from 10 to 15) and chill with our guests in our lounge after work. We are all about healthy lifestyle, so our staff doesn't drink alcohol.

Well, It was my first such experience and I should say that I am quite happy for choosing the hostel! The staff, in general, was friendly and welcoming. Even though the working hours weren't that low, the work itself wasnt hard at all. And I am sure you will also develop new skills specially working at cafe just as me :) In addition, I recommend learning basic Russian as it will help you a lot. At the end, I definitely recommend this place for you!

Wow, this place is absolutely great. I signed up at the hostel for one month as a volunteer while exploring Belarus. I was working in the Coffee shop during the morning and helped the housekeeping staff later doing housekeeping and other things. May is a perfect month to visit Minsk and Belarus. The weather was great and you always have something to do when you're free from work. I would recommend you to speak and communicate in basic Russian, but English is not a problem either here. I won't forget the hostel :)

It was my second time volunteering at the hostel. This year I was in a different role, mainly helping the maids to make the beds, and sometimes helping on the coffee shop. The staff at the hostel is nice and respectful and the hostel facilities are pretty good. Minsk in the autumn is a beautiful city with the trees in shades of yellow and red. Besides the cold and rainy weather, it was amazing.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hostel. This place is just amazing. It is located in the center of Minsk and it is one of the best hostels I have been to. There is much space, great chill areas, a coffee shop.... The people are amazing and you get to know a lot of them here:) Trust me I will never be boring here. The work depends on how full the hostel is. There are people who speak English of course but I would recommend learning some Russian:)

The hostel was a really good place to volunteer at. The Hostel is new and modern and you have most of the things you'll need during your stay. The job was helping at the Cafe in the hostel and sometimes helping the maids with small tasks. In the cafe I mostly helped with washing the dishes. It was generally easy but could be harder on some days when the cafe was crowded. Overall it was a really good experience, Belarus is a beautiful country and Belarusian people are warm and helpful. I definitely recommend volunteering at the hostel.
