The Experience

We’re looking for someone willing to teach their language to us. We have a group of learners interested in English, French, Spanish, and German. Outside of teaching classes, we’d like you to help out with daily tasks like cleaning rooms, helping as a kitchen hand, or serving customers in the restaurant. Our inn is in a small and beautiful tourist town surrounded by beautiful nature. We’d love to have you with us.

I really liked my experience at the Pousada, everyone was very nice, the other volunteers and the staff were respectful and friendly. The place is really pretty with nature everywhere. In this place you can truly relax, connect with nature and have a good time. My tasks were easy as I had to teach English for a few hours. There is a small town close to the Pousada that you can get there by walking around 40 minutes and there is also a waterfall 5 minutes away from the Pousada. The food was delicious and I was able to learn Portuguese and get to know the Brazilian culture. I would recommend!

The pousada is beautiful, cozy, and quiet. The people are incredible. I will never forget everyone I met there. Ailson and his staff will always be within my heart. Ailson is an amazing person, and so is his staff. I had the quietest experience of my whole life. The tasks were to work at the bar and as a waitress. Everything worked well. The only negative thing was the schedule being sent the night before or during the current day. Besides that, I have nothing to complain about. The food is delicious, and the meals and breakfast were tasty and delicious. I would volunteer again for sure.

My time in the Pousada was great, I immediately felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun despite the language difference. The German lessons with Ailson were great and I really enjoyed them because you can see how much he likes the language. I can only recommend the stay because you are treated like part of the family I met a lot of new people and will never forget my stay there and already miss the time incredibly🥰

I've been teaching french there. This was my first time volunteering and it exceeded all my expectations. People here were Incredibles, I felt home there. I definitely recommend the inn. My Worldpackers experience started from this amazing place surrounded unbelievable nature,stunning sunsets and waterfalls. Beside the best nature I've ever seen I can't help but mention the hospitality of all people who live and work here. The food is perfect, it's much better than any restaurants . Honestly I couldn't imagine that my first experience has exceeded my all expectations. Thanks to Ailson I saw many amazing place, met nice people and fall in love with Brazil and started learning Portuguese and now I want to stay here more and enjoy
