Minha experiência no hostel foi super massa! Fui super bem recebida pela anfitriã e pela Day, outra voluntária de la que se tornou minha amiga pra vida! O hostel é lindo, nos mínimos detalhes, a decoração, e a energia é incrível! o hostel é uma cidade bem calma pra quem quer se conectar com a natureza e consigo mesmo. As tarefas são tranquilas de serem feitas. Desejo todo sucesso a equipe do hostel!

Não tenho nada de bom para falar desse local. Não cumpria com as funções que foi prometidos , dizia que tinha café da manhã mas nem sempre teve , então assim tive que comprar várias vezes . As funções não eram delegadas de forma correta e sim como uma ordem. Uma folga a cada 14 dias, achei isso um absurdo enfim a anfitriã tem que aprender muito ainda como tratar um voluntário, não somos seus funcionários. Por esses e outros motivos não recomendo para os próximos voluntários.

As primeiras semanas foram ok, mas na última semana, talvez por causa do casamento da anfitriã, não me senti mais bem-vindo no hostel. Nunca saí de um voluntariado antes do combinado, mas houve olhares, cochichos e indiretas. A forma como as funções eram delegadas parecia rude e desrespeitosa, invalidando todo o esforço que fiz desde o início, sendo que SEMPRE cumpri minhas obrigações, como limpeza, cuidado com plantas e animais, e atendimento aos hóspedes, mas era tratado como se não fizesse nada. Além disso, o café e as folgas eram oferecidos com relutância, como se fosse errado exigi-los.

Sobre o local, tive alguns contratempo mas foi ajustando e deu tudo certo no final, o lugar é muito bom, de frente a uma das dunas mais linda da região. Tive alguns contratempo com o gestor - é um voluntário então não recomendo se ele tiver lá, mas com a anfitriã deu tudo certo, é uma ótima pessoa bem flexível e é uma grande pessoa.
