The Experience

Volunteers will be treated as part of the family, sharing our special home in the countryside. We need help with gardening, we have a large flower garden and grow our own vegetables. At mealtimes we appreciate volunteers doing their share of washing up and meal preparation. We provide support to volunteers to supervise tasks so experience not necessary but some knowledge would be an advantage. Enthusiasm and interest in gardening essential.

The experience was incredible! Phoebe and her family are super fun, smart and took great care of us. The work involves a lot of contact with nature, for me it was perfect! Waking up every day and seeing the beautiful flowers, trees and the entire garden is great. I highly recommend the experience and wish this wonderful family all the best!

Home away from home. I have nothing but compliments about the home House. Beautiful Georgian architecture, amazing food. I had a blast working in the garden next to pretty flowers and an amazing view from the mountains. You'll have lots of quality time in nature. Phoebe, Tim and Ben were super welcoming and respectful hosts. I totally recommend this volunteer. I will miss you a lot, thank you for all ❤️

La experiencia en la casa House fue maravillosa, muchas gracias a Phoebe, Tim y a Ben, Nos sentimos como en casa. Los trabajos son al aire libre, en jardinería y pintura, nos dotaron de implementos para realizar todo. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia, la comida es deliciosa y en la cena nos ayudaban a aprender inglés y nos divertimos mucho. Nos ayudaron a organizar actividades de turismo para nuestros días libres. Muchas gracias por acogernos y ser nuestra primer vez en un voluntariado. Un abrazo enorme y esperamos volver a verlos en el futuro.

Muchas gracias a la familia Traill, Phoebe, Tim y Ben son personas maravillosas. Gracias por llevarnos a conocer a Pam :). Fue nuestra primer experiencia de voluntariado y tuvimos una estancia sensacional, ellos nos recibieron como en casa y nos hicieron parte de su familia, aprendimos sobre jardinería, pintura, cocina y tenis. Las tareas eran de acuerdo al clima, en su mayoría fueron al aire libre. La habitación era cómoda, la comida deliciosa, la cena era un momento para compartir y practicar ingles. Irlanda es un país hermoso y ellos lo hicieron mucho mejor, los llevamos en el corazón.

Un matrimonio muy servicial y agradable Ponen muchas comodidades como el transporte y las clases de inglés!! Jajaja Muchas gracias✨️ Tuvimos algunos problemas con la calefacción porque en la habitación hacía mucho frío pero lo "solucionamos" con mantas La casa tiene muchas salas para la diversión como: billar, ping-pong, sala de fiestas, pista de tenis y mucho jardín para correr✨️ También se ocupan de las comidas Ambos son unos chefs maravillosos!! Cuando hemos cocinado nosotros nos han proporcionado los ingredientes sin costo El trabajo a realizar fue muy sencillo: mantenimiento de jardines
