The Experience
Volunteers do not need to have any prior experience in farming, but are asked to be diligent in learning the job and work according to the given schedule. Farm work includes preparing the soil, growing vegetable seedlings, making compost, cutting vegetables, packing vegetables, delivering vegetables to customers, collecting seeds, and feeding animals. All of this is not done in one day; it depends on the work each day.
