I have never met a support team so efficient and willing to accompany the user! Even before I had any problems, Heloisa had contacted me to check that everything was okay with a host from Brazil where I worked, as he had received negative reviews, and Heloisa wanted to make sure that I had not had any mishaps with him. Then, when I had problems with the host where I stayed in Faro, Heloisa resolved the problem expeditiously and without trying to blame me for the situation. I am truly recommending Worldpackers on all the FB groups I am in as they have given me complete confidence in knowing that they legitimately care about the volunteer. I only have words of gratitude for the team and whoever is responsible for the platform policies <3
